Nothing is opened or dismantled. Bottles are filled at the existing taps exactly as they are, so the result describes the water occupants actually receive at that point of use, and samples are handled under documented chain of custody throughout.
Reporting identifies the sampled locations, parameters analyzed, measured results and reporting limits, together with the applicable reference framework.
Where results need to be reviewed by a property owner, managing agent, facility manager, plumber, consultant or physician, that documentation is what allows the conversation to proceed on facts rather than impressions.
Health questions relating to a specific individual are properly directed to a physician, and the report is prepared so that conversation can be a specific one.
